Du 13 au 16 septembre, les villages (les Ksars) de deux communes, Aoufous et Rteb, de la Province d’Errachidia, région Draa Tafilelt au Maroc ont vécu une initiative de solidarité sans précédent. Plus de 500 cartables assortis de différentes fournitures scolaires ont été distribués, par une association de solidarité internationale nancéienne, aux élèves de CM2 scolarisés dans les écoles des villages des deux communes.
L’initiative de l’Association Action et Solidarité 54, située à Nancy et présidée par le professeur Abbadi Omar, a pour objectif d’élever le niveau d’éducation des enfants de la région, de réduire le coût de la scolarité pour les familles et de dessiner un sourire sur le visage des enfants, reprenant le slogan « Nous sommes partenaires de votre réussite ».
La réussite de cette initiative a nécessité un effort important et une coordination sur plusieurs semaines avec le soutien de partenaires en France et au Maroc. Des particuliers et des associations éducatives, notamment l’Association « des parents et tuteurs des élèves du groupe scolaire Abdul Karim Al-Khattabi » du village de Oulad Issa et L’Association « des Amis de l’Initiative » du village de Douira se sont investies dans le processus de recensement des bénéficiaires et la remise des cartables aux enfants.
La distribution a été réalisée au sein des écoles des deux communautés dans une belle ambiance éducative avec la présence des enfants, ainsi que leurs parents, plusieurs habitants et des cadres éducatifs. L’initiative a bien été accueillie par tous les participants, en particulier par les enfants qui sont rentrés chez eux avec de beaux cadeaux, ainsi qu’un ensemble de recommandations et de conseils éducatifs afin de cheminer vers l’excellence scolaire.
Il est à noter que le professeur Abbadi Omar, fils d’agriculteurs et originaire du village de Oulad Issa, s’est déjà impliqué dans de précédentes initiatives éducatives et sociales au profit des habitants du village. Par ailleurs, ce dernier ne ménage pas ses efforts pour promouvoir cette belle région.

تقرير عن نشاط
عاشت قصور جماعتي أوفوس والرتب التابعتين لإقليم الرشيدية خلال الأسبوع الجاري (13-16شتنبر 2021) على وقع مبادرة تضامنية بامتياز، تمثلت في توزيع أزيد من 500 محفظة مزودة بمختلف الأدوات الدراسية على أطفال المستوى السادس ابتدائي بمجمل قصور الجماعتين.
المبادرة التطوعية من تنظيم جمعية “L’association Action et Solidarité 54”، الواقعة في الديار الفرنسية والتي يرأسها الأستاذ عبادي عمر، استهدفت الرقي بالمستوى التربوي لأطفال المنطقة والتخفيف من تكاليف الدخول المدرسي على الأسر فضلا عن رسم الابتسامة على وجوه أطفال الواحة، متخذة شعار "نحن شركاء في نجاحك".
تطلب تنزيل المبادرة جهد مهم ومشترك امتد على مدى أسابيع جمع عدد من الشركاء بفرنسا والمغرب، كما تم إشراك جمعيات المجتمع المدني والتربوي خاصة جمعية "آباء وأولياء تلاميذ المجموعة المدرسية عبد الكريم الخطابي" بقصر أولاد عيسى، وجمعية أصدقاء المبادرة بقصر الديورة في عملية جرد وإحصاء المستفدين وتوزيع الحقائب المدرسية على الأطفال.
وقد تمت عملية التوزيع في فضاءات مدارس الجماعتين في جو تربوي جميل، حضر فيه الأطفال إلى جانب أولياء أمورهم وعدد مهم من الساكنة وبعض الأطر التربوية. كما لقيت المبادرة استحسانا كبيرا من طرف الجميع لا سيما من طرف الأطفال الذين عادوا إلى بيوتهم محملين بهدايا جميلة إلى جانب مجموعة من التوجيهات والنصائح التربوية المحفزة على التميز والتفوق الدراسي.
وتجدر الإشارة إلى أن الأستاذ عبادي عمر ابن الأصول الزراعية والمنحدر من قصر أولاد عيسى قد انخرط في مبادرات سابقة تربوية واجتماعية لفائدة ساكنة القصر. كما لا يأل جهدا في سبيل الرقي بالمنطقة.

Activity report
The villages of Oufous and Rteb regions in Errachidia have lived an unprecedented initiative of solidarity this week (September 13-16 2021) .This consisted of handing out more than 500 schoolbas equipped with various school supplies for the pupils of the sixth primary level in both of the two regions.
The voluntary initiative organized by the association “L'Association Action et Solidarité 54”, located in Frence and headed by Mr. Abadi Omar, aimed at improving the educational level of students in the region and alleviating school entry expenses on families as well as putting a smile on the faces of the Oasis children under the slogan “We are partners in your success.”
The initiative required a massive and joint effort that spread out over weeks bringing together a number of partners in France and Morocco. Civil and educational society associations, especially the “Association of Parents and Guardians of Pupils of the School Group Abdul Karim Al-Khatabi” in Oulad Issa, and "The Friends of the Initiative Association" in Al-Dioura were also involved in an inventory process of identifying beneficiaries and distributing school bags to pupils.
The distribution was carried out in the spaces of the schools of the two villages in a beautiful educational atmosphere inwhich pupils and their parents attended along with an important number of local prople and some educators. The initiative was also highly acclaimed by everyone, especially by children who went back home with beautiful gifts alongside with a set of educational guidance and tips that motivates academic excellence.
It should be noted that Mr. Abadi Omar, from agricultural origins and an Oulad Issa village descent, has engaged in previous educational and social initiatives for the benefit of the people of the village. He also spared no effort for the promotion of the region.
